Why we built it
In-home estimates usually go the same way. You walk the room, listen, measure, and send a scope and a price. The client can't picture the result, so they compare numbers, and the cheaper bid often wins.
We started showing clients their own room, finished, in 360°. They stopped asking "why is yours higher?" and started asking about tile and timing.
At our own remodeling company, our close rate went from 3 in 10 estimates to 5–6 in 10 after we started sending 360° tours.
What Remodel in 360 is
A web app for remodeling contractors. You take 2 photos of the room with your phone and describe the changes. About 6 minutes later you have a 360° before & after tour with every change labeled, ready to send as one link.
The after view is an AI visualization of the plan, not a photo of finished work. We say that on every tour, because trust is the whole point.
