1. What Remodel in 360 is

Remodel in 360 ("we", "us") is an online tool at remodelin360.com. You upload photos of a room and describe changes, and we make a 360° "before" view and an AI-generated "after" view, plus a link you can share. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. The after view is a visualization

The after view is made by artificial intelligence. It is an illustration of a plan to help you and your client picture a remodel. It is not a photo of finished work, a construction drawing, a measurement, a quote or a promise of any result. Colors, sizes, materials and details can differ from what is built. You are responsible for what you show and promise to your clients.

3. Your account

You log in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe. One free tour is included per person; creating extra accounts to get more free tours is not allowed. You must be at least 18 and use the site for lawful business purposes.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and text you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them, including permission from the property owner where needed. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to make and show your tours. Anyone with a tour's link can view that tour, so share links only with people you choose.

Do not upload content that is illegal, that you have no right to use, or that shows people without their consent.

5. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through PayPal, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan includes a number of tours per month; unused tours do not carry over to the next month. Each tour includes 2 change rounds; extra rounds and extra tours are one-time purchases. Prices are shown on the site in US dollars and may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your plan.

You can cancel any time on your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed after that. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a tour or a charge, email us and we will look at it.

6. Fair use

To keep the service working for everyone, we limit retakes, fixes and the number of tours made per day. Do not try to get around limits, copy the service, overload it, or access other people's accounts or tours.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be slow or unavailable. AI results vary, and a tour may need a fix or a change round. We may change or stop features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made based on a visualization. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
