What we collect
- Your email, to log you in and send login codes.
- Room photos and the changes you describe, and the 360° images we make from them.
- Plan and payment status (which plan, renewal date). Card and PayPal details are handled by PayPal; we never see your card number.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, kept in server logs to prevent abuse.
How we use it
Only to run the service: make your tours, show them to people you share the link with, run your account and billing, prevent abuse and answer support emails. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos in our marketing without your permission.
Who processes it for us
- OpenAI and Anthropic: process photos and text to draw and check the 360° views.
- PayPal: payments and subscriptions.
- Resend: sends login emails.
- Railway: hosts the site and stores tours.
- Cloudflare: domain and DNS.
- Microsoft Clarity: shows us how people use the site (clicks, scrolling, time on page) so we can improve it. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Who can see your tours
A tour can be opened by anyone who has its link. Tour pages are not listed in search engines. Only you, logged in, can change a tour.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you logged in. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies to understand how visitors use the site (which pages they view, where they click and scroll). Clarity hides the text you type. We do not use advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account and tours while your account is active. Email us to delete a tour or your whole account and its photos.
