What is Leap SalesPro, and what does it cost?
Leap (which now includes SalesPro and JobProgress) is software for home improvement contractors who sell in the home: digital estimates and proposals, pricing controls and price conditioning, e-signatures, payment capture and financing on a tablet, with an optional CRM for leads and jobs. It's popular with roofing, siding, window and bath companies running teams of in-home reps.
On Leap's pricing page (October 2026), Leap Team is $79 per user per month plus a $500 setup fee, and SalesPro plans start at $99 per user per month. Software Advice also lists Leap starting at $79 per month.
Why do contractors look for Leap alternatives?
- Per-user pricing plus a setup fee adds up fast as you add reps
- Leap is built for the sale. Scheduling, job costing and production often live in another tool
- Smaller remodelers who sell the job themselves may not need rep-level pricing controls
- A polished proposal on a tablet still doesn't show the client what their room will look like, which is often why they wait or pick the cheaper bid

Prices from each company's pricing page or its Capterra or Software Advice listing, checked October 2026. Prices change, so confirm before you buy. Leap, SalesPro and the other names are trademarks of their owners; we're not related to any of them. We make Remodel in 360, so weigh our view of our own product accordingly.
1. Remodel in 360: best for closing the sale at the kitchen table
Leap gives the client a clean proposal to sign. Remodel in 360 gives them a reason to sign it. At the estimate, take 2 phone photos, say what changes, and about 6 minutes later the client walks through their own kitchen or bathroom in 360°, before and after, with every change labeled. Hand them the tablet while you finish the numbers.
At our own remodeling company, our close rate went from 3 in 10 estimates to 5–6 in 10 after we started sending 360° tours.
- The client's real room, not a catalog photo or a drawn model
- 2 change rounds per tour, about 2 minutes each, for "what about a darker floor?"
- One link for WhatsApp, text or email, so the spouse who wasn't home sees it too
- Plans: Starter $49/month (4 tours), Pro $99 (12), Team $249 (35). See pricing
The tradeoff: no estimates, proposals, e-signatures or payments. Many teams keep Leap for the contract and add Remodel in 360 for the picture.

How do you choose the right Leap alternative?
Count your reps
Per-user pricing changes the math. Price your real team for a year, including setup fees.
Decide sales-only or sales plus ops
If production lives in another tool you're happy with, a sales tool is enough. If not, look at Projul, JobTread or Buildertrend.
Look at where deals stall
If clients get the proposal and go quiet, the problem usually isn't the proposal. It's that they can't picture the finished job. See why homeowners pick the cheapest contractor.
Try it on one real job
Use a trial or free plan on your next estimate before moving your whole team.
When should you stay with Leap SalesPro?
If you run a team of in-home reps and need pricing control, price conditioning, e-signatures, financing and payment capture on the spot, Leap is built for exactly that. Remodel in 360 doesn't do estimates or contracts; it adds the visual of the finished room, so many teams use both.
